Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Calico Cottage School of Art. By enrolling in our classes, events, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Payments & Billing
All monthly class fees are billed on automatic recurring payment through our website. This is the preferred method to reserve your spot each month and keep everything running smoothly.
You may also pay with cash or check at the beginning of each month — just make sure it’s received before your first class of the month.
We do not accept in-person card payments for monthly tuition. Card processing is only available online or for one-time events. This helps us avoid extra fees and keep class prices affordable for everyone.
Missed or late payments may result in the loss of your reserved class spot.
2. Class Policies
Students are expected to attend their scheduled weekly class time.
There are no make-up classes for missed sessions.
Monthly fees are required regardless of attendance. Your payment holds your student’s spot in class.
Class times may be changed by request but are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
3. Supplies
Drawing classes require a one-time $25 supply fee at sign-up.
One-time events and birthday parties include all supplies in the price.
Other weekly classes may require a short supply list provided at sign-up. Supplies can be purchased from us or brought from home.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
We do not offer refunds for missed classes, late cancellations, or non-attendance.
If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please notify us before the next billing cycle.
One-time events are non-refundable unless canceled by Calico Cottage.
